The Meute family is comprised of Pastor Ray, Nancy, Josh, Caleb, and Mindy. They have lived in this community for the past 13 years. Both boys are graduates of Avon Grove High School. Josh is a student at Grove City College and Caleb is continuing his education at Millersville University. Mindy is a student at Fred S. Engle Middle School.

Our favorite activities include tennis, cheerleading, lacrosse and softball; they love boating, swimming, skiing, listening to music, gardening and getting together with friends.

Nancy uses her teaching gifts as a Kindergarten teacher at Penn London Elementary School and in the 2^nd and 3^rd Grade Sunday School Class. Over the years she has established the Kingdom Kids Children’s Ministry program for K through 5^th Graders. She also routinely helps in the Christmas Angel Breakfast for Preschoolers, which she helped establish, and is always a leader in Vacation Bible School.

Pastor Ray just celebrated his 20^th year of ordination and was at the meeting of the General Assembly in San Jose, CA, on the very day of his 20^th anniversary. Avondale is the second church call for him and he is very excited about the place that the Lord has our congregation at this time with a newly renovated and expanded facility and great prospects for ministry and mission in the southern Chester County region.
